Terms and Conditions
- A confirmation will only be acknowledged once a deposit is received by either credit card or bank transfer.
- Deposit amount required:
- 50% deposit is required with the balance due upon checkout. If a reservation is made 7 days or less prior to your arrival date, the full stay is required.
- Payment accepted at hotel: Cash, Visa, Diners Club, MasterCard and American Express
- Check-in time is 1:00pm or by arrangement. Check-out time is noon
- Cancellation charges are:
- If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date, a fixed fee of 20 Euros is charged to cover bank and administration costs.
- If cancelled between 30 days and 15 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total stay will be debited from your credit card.
- If cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date, 100% of the total stay will be debited from your credit card.
- Cancellations part way through your stay, the remaining booked nights will be charged in full. Should we be able to resell the room, a refund will be made for those nights.
