Terms and Conditions

  • A confirmation will only be acknowledged once a deposit is received by either credit card or bank transfer.
  • Deposit amount required:
    • 50% deposit is required with the balance due upon checkout. If a reservation is made 7 days or less prior to your arrival date, the full stay is required.
  • Payment accepted at hotel: Cash, Visa, Diners Club, MasterCard and American Express
  • Check-in time is 1:00pm or by arrangement. Check-out time is noon
  • Cancellation charges are:
    • If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date, a fixed fee of 20 Euros is charged to cover bank and administration costs.
    • If cancelled between 30 days and 15 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total stay will be debited from your credit card.
    • If cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date, 100% of the total stay will be debited from your credit card.
    • Cancellations part way through your stay, the remaining booked nights will be charged in full.  Should we be able to resell the room, a refund will be made for those nights.
  • If making a Non Refundable booking, our regular cancellation policy as above does not apply.  The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.  If cancelled, modified or in the case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

It is highly recommend that you consider Travel Insurance.
