*Included in our rates are airport/railway transfers, breakfast, and for stays of 4 or more nights, a complimentary massage for two Entire Riad 9240 dhs ( €840) / High season 12,100 dhs (€1100) A single bed can be added to most rooms for an additional charge of 480 dhs (adult) / 280 dhs (children) per night. Please note that in order to retain the tranquillity at Riad El Mansour, we do not usually accept children below the age of 10 years, unless included in the party of a Whole Riad RESERVATIONS. Prices are per room per night. The rates are charged in local currency** and inclusive of all amenities mentioned on the website, including transfers to and from the airport or train station, daily breakfast and VAT/TVA. The Euro price is an indicative price only. Tourist and City tax of approx €2.5 per person per night is not included. *Complimentary airport/train transfers are for stays of two or more nights

Hotel Policies

A confirmation will only be acknowledged once a deposit is received by either credit card* or bank transfer.
Deposit amount required:
- One night deposit is required with the balance due upon checkout.
Payment accepted at hotel: Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express*
Check-in time is 1:00pm or by arrangement. Check-out time is noon
Cancellation charges are:
- If cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival date, a fixed fee of 15 Euros is charged to cover bank and administration costs.
- If cancelled between 21 days and 15 days prior to arrival date, 25% of the total stay will be debited from your credit card.
- If cancelled between 14 days and 8 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total stay will be debited from your credit card.
- If cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date, 100% of your total stay will be debited from your credit card.
